  • Behavioral and Mental Health: Exploring diagnoses and strategies/treatments for promoting mental wellness and addressing social, emotional, behavioral, or mental health challenges in children.
  • Navigating Service Systems: Exploring the complex world of services, including mental health, public education, child welfare, and youth justice.
  • Approaches to Healing: Examining various therapeutic modalities and techniques for facilitating healing in children and families, including non-traditional approaches.
  • Substance Abuse in Teens: Presentations focused on preventing teen substance use, recognizing warning signs, establishing boundaries and safety measures, and available treatment options.
  • Parenting: Providing supportive resources and parenting strategies when “conventional wisdom” doesn’t work, and ideas on nurturing positive parent-child relationships.
