Invoices are due within 30 days from the date of issue. Late payments will incur a late fee of 1.5% of the outstanding balance per month overdue, starting from the first day after the due date. Failure to settle outstanding balances within 60 days of the due date may result in additional penalties. Wisconsin Family Ties reserves the right to deny participation in this event if there is an outstanding balance.

To qualify for the 501(c)(3) Nonprofit rate, you must provide your IRS determination letter. If such documentation is not provided, you may be invoiced at the full exhibitor rate.

As outlined under the Terms and Conditions, I understand that my registration is refundable minus a $75 administrative fee if the cancellation is made by September 6, 2024. No exceptions will be made for cancellations received after this date. CEUs can be canceled up until 11:59 PM CST on October 5, 2024. No-shows will not be refunded.
